Design Features: Extended Structure for Dual-Side Protection

 

 

 

 

The W Series adopts a longitudinally extended bulkhead design, where part of the housing extends into the interior of the cabinet, allowing a cable gland to be installed at the inner end.
This structure ensures that both the exterior and interior sides of the enclosure achieve the same level of sealing and protection, preventing internal exposure to condensation, dust, moisture, or mechanical interference. As a result, connection stability is improved throughout the entire product lifecycle.

The main body of the W Series bulkhead housing features a symmetrical front-and-back structure, supporting two installation methods:

●Front-panel installation (fastened from outside the cabinet to the inside)

 

 

Rear-panel installation (fastened from inside the cabinet to the outside)

 

 

Users can select the most convenient installation direction based on cabinet structure, cable routing direction, and available working space—without modifying the wiring layout due to structural constraints, significantly improving assembly flexibility.

Micro switch? Tact switch? What is the difference between them?

 

The whole process of the work of the micro switch is: when there is no external force, the on-off and on-off isolating switch are in a stationary state.

When the external force is released from the external transmission rod, the bow spring is caused Deformation, storing mechanical energy and causing deflection.

As the zero point of the order is reached, the spring leaf is connected to the moving isolating switch and causes a momentary jump, which leads to the connection, disconnection or conversion of the power circuit.

When the external force is eliminated, the spring leaf will release mechanical energy and cause reverse deflection. When another zero boundary point is followed, the isolating switch will automatically correct under the action of the spring leaf.

 

Features of micro switch

 

1. Although the specifications and models are small, the total flow of large electricity can be switched on and off

   Under normal circumstances, when the electronic circuit is closed, a flame whose full name is arc will be caused between the contacts.
